Hi, my name is Arnesha "Shay" Winters and I am the owner of A Humbled Touch Massage which is a professional independent currently mobile business located in Jacksonville, Fl. I graduated from Heritage Institute in 2013 with my Associates of Science in Therapeutic Massage.Like most of you before getting into this profession I thought massage was just for luxury and pampering. But after suffering from migraines every week, I started getting weekly sessions and truly saw and learn the benefits and how much massage can help. I love introducing to new and potential clients the benefits of massage and how it can truly help them. I have experience working in a chiropractor and spa setting. My overall goal is to provide my clients with relaxation and pain relief from over worked muscles. Though everyone's body works the same, I completely understand that everyone is not.
