Movement has always been at my core. My love for movement started with competitive sports, inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, then lead me through a job working in exercise rehab for 5 years. 


I became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist from Coastal Carolina Community College in 2017 and have been serving the community ever since.
