There are so many things that can affect the body from dis-ease, stress, injury or pain or any combination of things. It is important to not just think of the body in parts but as a whole. Therapeutic Massage received regularly help the body self-regulate and reach a state of balance or homeostasis. Graduating from Heritage Institute-Jacksonville with an Occupational Associate of Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage in 2012 has allowed me to help others in their journey.
