My training was obtained at Pitt Community College in Greenville, NC and Carteret Community College in Morehead City, NC.  I received an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage.  My training includes: Swedish, Therapeutic, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Medical Massage.  I am nationally board certified and state licensed in North Carolina.  I also have additional training in neuromuscular therapy and am a certified Medical Massage Practitioner.

Trying to educate my local community about massage and its benefits is something I do with great pride.  Some of the activities I've been a part of are:  Jacksonville Business Expo, Miracle Meadows Benefit Rodeo and  Treat Yourself Right Day for city employees.
