I blend deep tissue work, shiatsu, acupressure, soothing Swedish techniques, myofascial work, stretching & Thai massage to create sessions that foster relaxation, rejuvenation, and recovery from chronic pain or injury.  I also use aromatherapy & hydrotherapy (heat) techniques to enhance the therapeutic effects of the massage & bodywork.  I am interested in tailoring my work to most effectively meet your needs and assist you in your pursuit of greater health & well-being.  After having completed a 555-hour massage training program in Portland, I have been passionately pursuing ongoing advanced training in order to augment & enhance my skills at every turn.  Sessions with me will include an intuitive blending of my favorite (tried & true) techniques as well as spontaneous discovery of what the body wants and needs in this moment, with no preconceived (limiting) ideas.  No two massages are ever the same, as each session is addressing the current manifestation of the ever-shifting and transforming conglomeration of matter, mind & spirit that is YOU! I offer sessions at my studio outside of Jacksonville, Oregon (near the Little Applegate Valley) and am also available for house-calls in the larger Applegate/Medford/Ashland area, including Ruch, Talent and Phoenix.
