Massage Therapy
The core of physical health is the Central Nervous System (CNS), which controls the flow of information through the body and regulated how it acts and reacts. Craniosacral Therapy focuses on optimizing the function of the CNS through observation and gentle manipulation. This technique can also be incorporated with other skills in order to provide a massage that benefits the entire body.
Sometimes your system just needs a little boost and you don't have time for a full massage session. Even a short Chair massage can refresh the senses and ease tension and stress. A massage chair is portable and versatile and can be used in the privacy of your home or in a public or business setting. This technique has been proven to boost the health and productivity of office staff and is often welcomed as a sign of appreciation from employers to employees.
More often associated with a luxurious massage in a spa setting, this technique is a wonderful tool for bringing positive physical self awareness to a client and reducing stress. Some forms of Swedish are often incorporated into more site- specific massages (such as Deep Tissue or Trigger Point work) but can be a rewarding method all on its own.
TC first studied Trigger Point Therapy in 2002, and since then this technique has become an important tool in the pain relief and well being of her clients.
MotherMassage (Registered Trademark) is a focused technique for Pre and Post Natal conditions. It is effective in reducing swelling and discomfort. It also provides relaxation and a sense of overall well being during an exciting and life changing experience.
TC has offered On Site Sports Massage at a number of event over the years, including The Goat Run in Syracuse and The Tour de Cure in Verona Beach. It is an excellent way to gear up or cool down from intense physical activity and to help prevent injuries.
