Healing Mindfully

My deepest goal in life is to help others heal, whatever they may need help in. I combine massage techniques from Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, and Shiatsu with guided meditation to help my clients reach a deeper level of relaxation than they might find in a regular massage. I combine massage techniques from Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, and Shiatsu with guided meditation to help my clients reach a deeper level of relaxation than they might find in a regular massage. These techniques have helped my clients who suffer with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and depression.


I also work with women who are trying to conceive (TTC), expecting, and mothers who have just given birth. Pregnancy and motherhood is a whirlwind and can be quite stressful; massage can help reduce some of the physical and emotional tension that can develop with pregnancy and being a new (or even seasoned) mother. 

I found massage quite by accident, but upon reflection, it seems to be one of those things that I was destined for. I didn't know what I wanted, only that I wanted to help other people. A friend of mine had recently become a massage therapist, and I decided to give it a try. In December of 2016, I applied to the Finger Lakes School of Massage. My journey began in April 2017, and it was well worth it! I have discovered a wealth of tools for self-care and helping others. My career is greatly fulfilling and I'm so grateful to work with each client who comes my way. 

When I am not giving massage, you can find my chasing my toddler around our house or the park; hiking the trails around Ithaca, NY, or just taking a stroll (when the weather is nice). I enjoy reading, writing, meditation, and yoga.
