I began my Craniosacral therapy training through the Upledger Institute in 2016. So far, I have completed Craniosacral Therapy 1 & 2, as well as, Somato Emotional Release 1 & 2. I have also attended one of the Dolphin Assisted Therapy programs--Shared Connections.

Lymphatic Drainage

I took a course in Lymphatic Drainage in 2014 and have been building on that skill ever since.
