Second time coming in to see Patty, she has updated how to schedule an appointment and moved her furniture around. I liked those changes. At times I wasn't sure if I needed less pressure or more but she was very accommodating with the level of pressure, hot stone heat, sounds, volume of sounds, and oils. I will come in again to continue to learn more about my body to figure out what level of pressure I need and see if I can get more help with my knots. We found several knots from all the stress in my body and I'm greatful that she worked on those areas a bit.
