My name is Amy Mizzell and I have been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years and have enjoyed helping people feel better. I like to incorporate different modalities in my therapeutic massage using swedish, swe-thai, trigger point and stretching techniques. Through continuing education i have learned unique ways to help release thee. neck and rotator cuff and enjoy helping people with these areas in particular as well as giving a relaxing experience.

Amy is by far the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She listens to your concerns, is very intuitive and is very skilled at what she does! I would recommend requesting Amy if you have the opportunity, you will leave feeling amazing!
