Liz is a 2013 Therapeutic Massage graduate of SpaTech Institute in Ipswich, Ma. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Silicone Cupping and Hot Stone massage. Liz also incorporates Neuromuscular techniques and Myofascial release, as needed.

She has also continued her education by taking classes focused on sciatica, carpal tunnel and the shoulder. Liz recently took a class on silicone cupping massage to better improve each session.
