I had an inkling back in middle school that I would one day study massage therapy. I was a swimmer fascinated by the mechanics of human movement and enjoyed locating and identifying the sports related aches and pains of my peers. I went on to study a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at California State University at East Bay. After graduation I got married and started a family and took some time to be home with my babies. After moving to Pennsylvania I went back to school to study at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and received confirmation over and over again that this was the right path for me. I am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and operating my own practice.
