Carolyn is an expert. She listens to what your aches and pains are and works to make sure you leave feeling better. Massage therapy is so beneficial to the body and Carolyn is very knowledgeable in how to help you feel your best. She will even recommend stretches or ways to use a foam roller to help you feel better at home.
