My journey into healing began the day I experienced how deeply one moment of care can change a person. I understand what it feels like to carry too much — to stay “on” for too long, to move through life without the emotional, mental, and physical support you need to show up fully. That lived experience shapes my work and fuels my commitment to create a space where people can finally feel held, understood, and able to rest safely in their own bodies.


 

As a therapeutic practitioner, my approach blends evidence-based techniques with grounded, intuitive presence. I help quiet the nervous system, soften what the body has been holding, and create space for genuine renewal. Clients describe my style as calm, intentional, and deeply restorative — the kind of care that brings relief, clarity, and a noticeable reset.

I have gotten massages for decades from numerous therapists. Sometimes it takes multiple sessions for a masseuse to understand a client’s body and their needs. However, Charisse seemed to know exactly what my muscles needed during my first appointment with her. She is a skilled and intuitive CMT, and I have scheduled another appointment with her.

Omgosh this massage was exactly what I needed!! I appreciate Charisse for accommodating my schedule. The entire experience was top-notch! She gave special attention to the areas I mentioned. She provided excellent after care instructions. She even reached out personally the next day to ensure I was OK! My pain level decreased and I'm able to move alot better! I need to schedule my next appt ASAP...and you should too! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
