I have been practicing massage and healing arts for almost 25 years. I have always been interested in helping others as well as practicing and preferring heathy living with an alternative approach. I believe self-care, is health care. Massage Therapy is one of the oldest forms of "ancient medicine" and I believe it has enough medical and scientific data to support, just how GOOD MASSAGE IS FOR YOU. I started my work in a hospital working with premature babies in the NICU. It was there, I learned the healing power of touch. I have been in private practice for almost 20 years. I love working with all ages of people and enjoy being able to make people feel better physically and more positive mentally, thus contributing to enhanced wellness and happiness.
