At the age of 35 I changed careers from a decade of bookkeeping to finding my passion in professional massage therapy. In 2008, I graduated from Southeastern Institute of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and have never looked back.

Within a year of graduating massage school I became a Reiki Master Teacher. I also became a tutor for the massage program I graduated from, eventually becoming an instructor.

In 2012 I began volunteering with the Charlotte Cobras, becoming their Health Director as well as team massage therapist. In this new venture I realized the excitement I feel working with athletes. Since that time, my continued education and practice has focused on sports therapy 

Massage therapy is not only the treatment of a client for optimal health but also teaching the client about their body. My clients have ranged from age four to 96 years of age and span the spectrum in medical issues and physical development. My toolbox of techniques currently include Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Reiki, Medicupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I combine these modalities to create a custom massage that is suited to my client's needs as decided by them and my assessment practices.

Jenny is an amazing massage therapist. I'm an RN, and she knows what she is doing! I was able to lay flat for the first time without any back pain after seeing her. She explains what is going on with your body and educates you on what you can do at home to assist with the problems. Amazing!!
