Jen approaches everything in life with energy, creativity, and intuition; massage therapy is no different. She believes that her ability to listen to your needs and move energy to muscles can promote healing through a careful balance of the mind, body, movement and breath. Her true passion is to help each person she works with find their path to better physical and mental health. She began to fulfill her passion by enrolling in The Lauterstein-Conway Massage Therapy School in the fall of 2012. Jen then began working with individual clients immediately upon graduating in in October 2013. Her love for her work and desire to help her clients led her to co-found Unwind Wellness and Massage in October 2016.

Jen’s number one goal is to help you feel amazing through a fusion of therapeutic techniques. She understands the body's need to relax, repair and recharge. Therefore, Jen will customize a therapeutic massage session tailored to your needs, and design a plan just for you using the following modalities:
