Cindy was born and raised here in the Fort Worth area. She comes from a diverse employment background which includes being a former paralegal for nine years here in Hurst, TX to a former substitute teacher of almost 15 years for the Birdville Independent School District.  She holds a double Bachelor's Degree in History and English Literature and is a member of ABMP and OMTP.

Cindy was born and raised here in the Fort Worth area. She comes from a diverse employment background which includes being a former paralegal for nine years here in Hurst, TX to a former substitute teacher of almost 15 years for the Birdville Independent School District.  She holds a double Bachelor's Degree in History and English Literature and is a member of ABMP and OMTP. 


She graduated from Texas Massage Institute in Fort Worth, Texas in 2005 on a "double dog dare" from her daughter, Jennipher Frahm, who is also a massage therapist. In 2006, she became the Admissions Representative and later that year became a Massage Instructor and Continuing Education Provider, where she continued to teach until they closed the doors in June, 2008.    On June 24, 2008, she opened the doors of Cabin Creek Massage in Hurst, Texas. In 2009, the named was changed to Mid-Cities Massage Therapy and Mid-Cities Massage Centre with the intent of providing massage services and quality continuing education to massage therapists in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

Cindy loves all forms of massage and spa work.  She and her daughter have an "integrated" massage which uses Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point modalities.  Reflexology and spa work are also her favorites areas of work as well.  Other modalities include:  Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Hot/Cold/Contrast Stone Massages, as well as facials, body scrubs/wraps and Shirodhara. With an increased awareness of our aging population, as of January, 2017, Cindy has decided to expand her knowledge in the massage industry and has begun working with a local home healthcare agency providing massages to individuals with disabilities and the elderly. These massage sessions are typically done at the client's home or assisted care center and are generally scheduled during the morning hours, leaving afternoon and weekend appointments for public appointments. Cindy also works with Cooley Chiropractic in North Richland Hills, on Mondays and Wednesdays in an attempt to  help those with chronic pain. She hopes you will understand her decision to pursue this endeavor.   She also has private offices in Hurst and North Richland Hills, Texas.  

Interests outside the massage realm include: quilting, reading time-travel romance novels, fishing, and being outdoors.  Most other times are used studying and learning new modalities to increase skill levels and classroom techniques.
