Locally trained and certified by Madison School of Massage Therapy (A.K.A. "Center for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork"), I specialize in Swedish relaxation massage, and restorative deep tissue massage. The therapy I provide helps to improve various conditions, such as stress, anxiety, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, sciatic pain, lower back pain, etc. In the future, I plan to further specialize in Lymphatic Massage, Triggerpoint Therapy, and Myofascial Release. In addition to massage, I'm a lover of essential oils, needle crafts, and animals.
