Massage therapy in the modern world is not just a luxury, self pampering, relaxation treat, but a valuable therapy for self maintenance to help us sustain a healthy lifestyle. As we grow older it is ever more important that we take good care of ourselves so that we are able to handle what life brings our way. Massage therapy is a wonderful tool to use for de-stressing our lives and taking good care of our muscles. Our muscles are what keep our busy bones moving throughout our usually busy lives.
   I have always had a knack for working with my hands, whether it was playing music on the flute, drawing, painting, decorating cakes, or giving friends and family a head rub. I decided to go the route of massage therapy after I decided to close my wedding cake boutique. I wanted to do something that would allow me to be flexible when I start a family of my own. Besides the flexibility that this field offered as a career path, a path that involved helping others to feel their best aligned with my own views and goals for personal health and wellness. I am happy to be able to help others in their health journey!
