The best massage I've ever had. I try to get a massage every two or three months. I am a runner and I like deep tissue to relieve the knots. Christina knew all the trigger points and where to dig in. She responded really well to my requests for more or less pressure. She is talented and really knows how to find the connective tissue, such as the psoas. She relieved my sciatica and loosened up a lot of tension in my back, neck and legs.

Christina is amazing. The best therapist I've had in a very very long time. So patient as she finds the tension in the muscles. I'm blessed to have been recommended to her. She's the only therapist I trust with more sensitive areas due to surgery.

The only negatives were the road noise and a lack of a place to sit to get undressed and dressed. Otherwise all good.

I would recommend without any reservations. I used to have massage therapy regularly pre-pandemic until my MT left for Colorado. She set the bar really high. Through a recommendation, I went to Massage Maven and met Christina. I have had two lower back surgeries and fused cervical, shattered left ankle, myriad other permanent issues and not having had MT since 2020, now I was just this side of being a pretzel (despite practicing yoga for many years and continuing to do so, I always found MT and Yoga to be complimentary). Well, my experience with Christina was amazing. She found every knot and source of my 'pretzelness". I left felling taller, reunited with all my moving parts, and best of all, I slept better than I have in over a year. A few days later, I am still benefitting and about to resume my daily walks. I feel my energy meter gradually recharging. PS: I am 71, until recently had a very active lifestyle, recently retired, and now I feel capable of picking up the reins and getting on with it.
