Getting You Back in the Game is My Goal

There's nothing worse than having an injury that's keeping you from doing what you love.  Weather your an elite athlete, a desk jockey, or just participating in the game of life; it's hard to be happy when your in pain.

Being an athlete, I've had my share of injuries.  I understand pain and the frustration that comes with being sidelined because of it.  This is why I love helping clients feel better and get back to doing what they do best.

Notable Experiences

Bodywork
American Ballet Theater
I've had the opportunity to work on many different athletes during my career, but one of the more exciting challenges I've had was working with the ballerinas from the American Ballet Theater while they were in town for a gala. I never thought of ballet as a sport, but after talking & working with the dancers, I realized how much they ask of their bodies. They execute impossible positions and precise movements. There is no time out or substitutions allowed during a performance if an injury occurs. They are expected to complete the show - no matter what - with a smile. I now have an even greater respect for dancers. It was blast to work with them all and an amazing learning experience.
