Michelle received her first bodywork sessions from a young age and ever since has held a deep respect for the holistic healing that therapeutic massage and energy work can facilitate. She received her 700-hour massage therapy training nestled among the unique beauty of the red rocks at the Sedona School of Massage and is currently enhancing her skills through Upledger Institute's CranioSacral training. Michelle specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Techniques, Neuromuscular Trigger Point, Swedish and CranioSacral with influences from Shiatsu, and Polarity therapies. Drawing from these modalities, her sessions are intuitively tailored to meet the needs of each client. She is a member of ABMP (www.abmp.com) and IAHP (www.iahp.com).

Complementing her massage practice, Michelle is also a certified yoga instructor, receiving her teaching certification in 2008 at It’s Yoga in San Francisco with Larry Schultz, a charismatic, inspiring and thoughtful practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Between 2008-15, Michelle taught yoga in Asia, which included regular group, private and corporate classes, organizing retreats and special events, hosting international instructors and working with resorts throughout the region. She continues to offer public yoga classes and international retreats.

Relocating to Huntington Beach, CA at the start of 2015 after a decade living outside of the US has been refreshing and surprisingly exotic for this California native. What better place to land and root down a new home base! Michelle is enjoying getting to know the community, smelling the sea air, getting sand in between her toes and mud under her boots as often as possible. Although Michelle is back on her home turf, she’s still got the traveling spirit. With loyal massage clients from Paris to Prague and retreat offerings anywhere from Mexico to Transylvania, she's is living her dream and sharing her passion along the way.
