Notable Experiences

Chair Massage
On site chair massage for businesses and events.
Deep Tissue
Receiving a deep tissue massage is often recommended by many doctors as a treatment option. Deep tissue massage is working the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body. It is done by using deep finger pressure with slow and firm strokes. This type of massage is helpful with chronic pain such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, and leg tightness to name a few.
Ankle injury, plantar fascitis or pain from everyday work and play, reflexology can assist and it can be very relaxing.
Trigger Point Therapy
A "trigger point" is a tight area in the muscle tissue that can cause pain in other areas of the body, called a referred pain. Locating a trigger point and releasing the constricted areas will alleviate the pain. Clients may be asked to participate in this type of therapy using deep breathing and assiting me to identify the exact location and any letting me know their level of discomfort.
Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage requires a theraputic assessment, manipulation and the movement of locomotor soft tissue. This will restore structural balance throughout your body. Orthopedic massage in a system, rather than a single technique.
swedish massage
The most common massage is Swedish massage. If it's your first time or if you'd just like to relax this type of massage is the best place to start. With Swedish Massage oil or lotion is applied and muscles are addressed using long gliding strokes and "kneading" the musles. This will increase circulation of blood as well as the oxygen levels in the blood, removes toxins trapped in the muscle, improves flexibility and eases tension.
