Sharetha Nicole Simpson, LMT

I am a proud Native Houstonian, 34 years of age, full of life, joy, and truth. My passions

are teaching and being the catalyst that heals people physically, emotionally, mentally, and

spiritually. I have taught 6 th grade Writing and Reading for six years in the public educational

school system and I am now transitioning into healing touch, Massage Therapy. I received an

excellent education from a Steiner Institute, The Texas Center of Massage Therapy, and graduated December 2014.

In the summer of 2014 my paternal grandmother decided to remove herself from dialysis

so I knew it was only a matter of time before she transitioned into her new life. The week before

she passed I visited her at her home and I asked, “Grand mommy, can I massage your feet?” For

about 3 minutes she argued, “No.”, however, I soon convinced her and she exclaimed how good

it felt. Soon she was fast asleep, but I was in tears. I knew it was the first time someone had ever

massaged her feet in her whole life and the last time I would see her. I felt a calm, a peace about

helping her to move forward for her next phase of life. This experience supplied me with a

special place in my heart for our Elders; as a result, I desire to massage those in hospice care and

those who are facing any dis-ease. On the other end of the spectrum, I also love babies, thus, I

desire to teach pregnant parents how to massage their little bundles of joy!

I love and I am qualified to perform the following Energy Works: Cranial and Sacral

Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Acupressure. I am well versed in Pre-Natal Massage,

Structural and Movement, Trigger Point, Russian Sports Massage, Sports Massage and

The human touch is powerful and healing, furthermore, I am ecstatic that the healing art

of Massage Therapy chose me to be the catalyst. We transfer our energy, love, and compassion

through our touch which is needed now more than ever and forevermore.
