I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in perinatal massage, a birth doula and birth assistant, and a childbirth educator using Birth Boot Camp's evidence based curriculum. 

When I’m not massaging, teaching, or at a birth: you can usually find me and my crew (awesome partner & 3 homeschooled, wild ones) playing board games, making a day trip somewhere, or *most likely* at the barn tending to our horses.

Shannon is so knowledgeable and great at what she does. It really helped to get a massage at 39 weeks pregnant. It helped me feel more prepped for when this little one comes. I appreciate her skill and everything she did for the birth bootcamp as well. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor and massage therapist!

I can’t stress enough how much of an angel Shannon is. As a first time mom, I’ve been going a little stir crazy being over my due date. Shannon created a safe space for me to let out all my stress and worries physically and mentally. I came in for the labor prep massage, and it was absolutely soothing and just what I needed to get out my aches and pains along with relax a bit. I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve also taken birth both camp with her, and the knowledge gained during that course will forever be embedded in me.
