I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in perinatal massage, a birth doula and birth assistant, and a childbirth educator using Birth Boot Camp's evidence based curriculum. 

When I’m not massaging, teaching, or at a birth: you can usually find me and my crew (awesome partner & 3 homeschooled, wild ones) playing board games, making a day trip somewhere, or *most likely* at the barn tending to our horses.

Shannon was amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge! She shared lots of wonderful tips and tricks to help me during the labor and delivery process and took the time to listen to my story. The massage was divine and super relaxing. I highly recommend a visit to her if you are expecting!

Shannon is incredible! Having a massage 40 weeks pregnant is a slice of Heaven. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and I especially loved all the stretches she does at the end! I cannot recommend her enough. Wish I could go back every day!
