I attended the Phoenix School of Holistic Health in 2006 and have since studied several different techniques and modalities to be able to effectively serve my clientele. My skill set includes techniques that are effective in treating chronic muscular conditions such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques. I am also skilled in treating women throughout the life cycle of their journey to motherhood, offering prenatal & postnatal massage and infant massage training. 

Aside from massage, I have a passion for the arts and actively draw and paint with my preferred mediums of charcoal and watercolors. I have also studied graphic design extensively and love creating digital art, branding packages, and websites for small businesses in need.
