Notable Experiences

Hot Stone Massage
I've been doing hot stone since I became a licensed massage practitioner. The benefit of hot stone is the "heat" itself. It will help the body to relax more and promoting a new experience during your massage. The heat relaxes the muscles and create an overall relaxation to your body. I used these modality to help people to experience the traditional stone massage throughout the session.
Sports Massage
I use sports massage techniques to help athletes obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning by increasing power, endurance, and mobility—both before and after an event or exercise. Sports massage was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Therapy is a type of massage that uses very light massage with circular pumping movements that encourages lymph flow in the body. This type of massage is particularly good for detoxification, edema, pre- and post-surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness and acne. By stimulating the lymphatic system, the therapist helps drain puffy, swollen tissues, supports the body's immune system-body's natural defenses, helps the body heal from surgery and aids in the body's natural waste removal.
Swedish Massage
This is the basic modality in massage that has many benefit to overall massage application. I use this modality to help people under stressful state of mind and body preferably people who has not or have not had a massage before. It includes many benefit to help people obtain their desire for maintenance or body relaxation. Surely, it'll make them feel better.
Deep Tissue Massage
In the developmental stage, our body changes as we grow. Our posture adjust and our postural structure changes. No matter what we do, we tend to feel tightness in our body. Deep tissue technique helps to break up adhesion, loosen up connective tissue and relax the muscle. Deep tissue is used to help people experiencing muscular pain associated with trigger points and other factors that worsen the symptoms. I see hard to break up adhesion because of too much toxins builds up or over worked muscles. In most cases, deep tissue techniques are applied to help people loosen up tight muscles.
Medical Massage
Specialized in medical massage working with doctors, physical therapists, orthopedics, and chiropractors. Mainly focused on automobile accidents, work injury, or personal injury related cases. I work with prescription prescribed by a licensed physician and the treatment followed by the directive of that physician to help people in injury recovery, post surgery, and traumas.
Pregnancy Massage
Since day one when I started doing massages, I got certified in pregnancy massage. During the entire term of the pregnancy, massage can stimulate blood flow, which may assist in the prevention of anemia. An increase in muscle tone and flexibility will occur, alleviating leg cramps and muscle spasms. Massage during pregnancy is also a great way to relieve everyday tension and the general aches and pains your body is suffering. It stimulates your lymphatic system, increasing immunity and the removal of excess toxins, while also stabilizing hormonal levels and balancing the glandular system.
