Maria is passionate about wellness and fitness.   She is Forrest Yoga Teacher, a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, and graduate student at University of Houston.   She specializes in Thai Massage and Sports Therapy Massage (deep tissue).

Maria is currently training to provide Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy for her clients.

Maria completed Ana Forrest’s Foundation Teacher Training in October 2011. She also completed the Advanced Teacher Training in 2012 with Ana.

Prior to beginning her own massage therapy practice, Maria trained at Avalon School of Massage, located in Houston.  In addition to her studies at NYU – College of Nursing, Maria has a broad background in group exercise, health, and fitness.   As part of her own physical development, she is an amateur fitness model.
