A therapeutic massage for the mind, body and spirit.

My name is Diana Garcia, I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for sports massage, therapeutic massage, Table Thai massage techniques and cupping techniques. My interest in massage therapy began because of family and friends who practice mixed martial arts agonistically. Witnessing them put their bodies through rough training sessions and watching them after competitive matches, I knew their bodies were in pain, either from injuries or overuse. I wanted to be a part of the recovery experience, by being able to provide skilled massage therapy sessions. I enjoy the therapeutic aspect of massage immensely, and the results I was obtaining encouraged me to make it my full time job.

The Graston Technique Certified

GT uses specially-designed stainless steel instruments with unique treatment edges and angles to glide along a patient’s muscle, tendons or ligaments. When knots or bands of scar tissue are encountered, both the clinician and the patient sense a restriction or a granular feeling from the instrument. • Non-invasive, GT allows the clinician to get as deep into the tissue as necessary to invoke change, yet be sensitive to patient pain and tolerance. As the instrument slides across the afflicted area, it pulls the adhered fibers to the side and releases them. Over time, this process will reduce or eliminate the adhered fibers, restoring motion and eliminating the pain associated with it. It rebuilds a soft tissue injury into healthy functioning tissue

Hivamat was such a wonderful experience! Diana recommended it to me as a runner and she really knows her stuff, not that I have ever doubted her but this time around was exceptional. I always recommend her to my athletic friends!

I had an incredible experience with Diana from start to finish... From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming... Exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax and unwind. What really stood out was Her level of skill and intuition.... She took her time to understand my tension points and tailored the session specifically to my needs.... She's very knowledgeable about muscle groups and how to relieve deep seated tension... Throughout the session, I felt completely at ease.... Her professionalism, combined with a warm and personable approach, made the experience even better... I walked out feeling not just relaxed, but genuinely refreshed and physically better than I have in a long time.... If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and truly cares about their clients well being, I highly recommend booking a session. I’ll definitely be returning

Been going to Diana for a couple of years. Really good at what she dose. Always leave feeling rejuvenated from sore muscles and gain range of motion back. Has a nice clean location. Would highly recommend her.

Diana is a highly skilled and professional massage therapist. Her knowledge of deep tissue, myofascial work, and cupping is impressive, and she applies each technique with precision and intention. Even in my first session, she was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything she was going to do, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. Her approach is thoughtful, tailored, and genuinely therapeutic. I left feeling noticeably better and already looking forward to continuing treatment with her. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands therapeutic bodywork, she’s the one.

I feel a lot of relief after my visits. I suffer from a lot of lower back and shoulder pain. I feel reset after my visits and try and book 1-2 times a month.
