I have been doing massage for 10 years and have been running  my own business since 2014. I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Technique, Assisted Stretches, and different cupping applications. I also work in some Shiatsu technique for appropriate clients and muscle groups. 

I enjoy working with stretching and strengthening applications for clients, and strongly promote pilates and yoga practices.
I am currently working on certification in Personal Training.
