I learned so much about tricks I can do at home to feel better, and I learned about pin and stretch techniques. Jessica is amazing and so kind, and her humanity was so refreshing to experience. I felt healing physically from the massage and also emotionally from her kindness. And she really knows her stuff! Awesome massage! 10/10!

Former massage therapist here, Jessica is beyond amazing. She understands anatomy better than some doctors so she can hone in on the root of your pain/discomfort. I've been using crutches intermittently due to a knee injury, but when she finished with me I was walking without a limp and no pain. She's truly a healing aficiando! I would recommend her to anyone, but athletes can greatly benefit from her work.
