After a serious car accident left me bedridden and in debilitating pain, I began my search for alternative therapies that would provide much needed relief. I received all kinds of therapies from acupuncture to energy work. My favorite was massage therapy.

I graduated from massage therapy school in 2007, and have, ever since then, enjoyed working with different techniques and modalities to aid in pain-relief, relaxation and comfort.

AC, my massage therapist, is amazing. I am disabled with chronic pain from a head, neck, and back injury years ago and suffer from fibromyalgia, piriformis syndrome, TMJ, and plantar fasciitis. AC skillfully releases the myofascia in the most soothing and relaxed state I have ever experienced. I have searched PT's throughout Arkansas over many years and AC at Faith and Hands Massage is hands down the best ever in professionally taking care of all my pain issues. I highly recommend AC for taking care of your personal needs. I am grateful God led me to her for healing!!
