Jen has been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years. She provides massages (by appointment only) at her office in Hot Springs, AR, as well as mobile massage in the Hot Springs area. Jen specializes in a relaxing yet deep style, with many of her clients describing it as "perfect pressure". She integrates a variety of styles, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy, customizing the massage to the client's needs. As a life-long student, Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Therapeutic Practices in 2018. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, Jen is also a certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, and an aspiring herbalist.

Jennifer was an absolute delight! I traveled in from Ohio and got lucky that she had a two hour appointment available during my stay. I’ve never had a two hour massage, and my was it worth it! She worked out my knots and focused on the areas of concern. Her pressure was firm and deep, but not too hard. My favorite was probably the face and scalp, soooo good!

Appropriate pressure could be more for a deep tissue massage in areas of concern. Would definitely recommend to others
