Ayurvedic Massage

I have completed a 23 CE course in Ayurvedic massage and unlocking the breath with Ayurvedic. It is a wonderful 2-3 hour session, where deep tissue, swedish, lymphatic and energy work are all incorporated while you are being massaged with specialty oils.

Massage Envy- Therapist

I worked as a therapist, and for a time lead therapist, with massage envy. I worked with them for 3 years gaining much experience and knowledge along the way.

I liked her overall professionalism though making you feel comfortable at the same time. There was also a good balance between the deep tissue work and relaxing message to make you feel refreshed at the end of the session.
