I am an LMT for the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. I am a CLT from Norton School.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I also hold a certification in IASTM. I have a past history in the medical field and a strong desire to help people.  My studies have shown me there are things we can do daily to avoid getting caught up in the "Medical System" and I feel massage, bodywork, and healthy lifestyle choices are on the frontline of these daily choices.  I believe everyone can benefit from some...
