Had my first session with Mary Ellen and it won't be my last. I suffer from many trigger points in my neck/ back and the adverse effects that come with them. She was able to find all my trouble spots, and then some! She definitely knows her stuff, checked in with me often to make sure certain things were not hurting, explained what she was doing and used some techniques that really helped get to the source of many of my pains. I was exhausted when I got home! In a good way, of course.

Mary Ellen has helped me so much! I really appreciate her expertise. I always feel much better and find relief from my chronic back pain and trigger pain in my legs. She she has helped when my allergies have been bad and when my neck has flared up. Thanks for all you do Mary Ellen!
