Kyle was very friendly & put me at ease. He was very technical when it came to my upper back & feet explaining what he was doing. The reason for only 2/3 stars is he tended to talk a lot & talked almost the entire session when I really just wanted to relax & mentally shutdown since for work I always have to talk & engage with my patients. Though technical on my upper back and feet-everywhere else it just felt like he was rubbing coconut oil on me without hardly applying any pressure. I should have spoken up but it was hard to get a word in & he rarely asked after moving from my back instead talking mainly about himself the entire time or asking questions. Overall disappointed & was hoping for more professionalism after seeing good reviews & the amount of money I paid.

Kyle was amazing. He made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous and my pain has definitely decreased. I’m really glad my daughter made me go (I’ve never been a fan of massages) definitely returning next week to see Kyle again for my shoulder and neck pain

Kyle is such a great human, such ideal work for him in a field where people are vulnerable and nervous . He has such a delicate nurturing bedside manner . Not to be confused with pretentious or condescending. He a very real, patient, caring fella.

Professional and excellent experience. Kyle took the time to ask thoughtful questions beforehand, was attentive throughout the session, and applied and adjusted the ideal technique and pressure. I felt comfortable and relaxed—highly recommended.
