I graduated from Red Mountain Institute in April of 2002. Less than a year later I accepted the position of Lead Massage Therapist for Dr. Trey Lott at Lott Spine and Sports Inc.

 This is where I developed my passion for getting people out of pain and back to living life pain free. 

 I have been able to help many people reduce their pain thru Massage Therapy. I still felt like something was missing from my Practice.

 I was so happy to find what I had been looking for,I could help people be Pain Free! 

 I became the First Posture Alignment Specialist, in the state,of Alabama,certified by the Egoscue Method.

 I have since completed the highest level of training at Egoscue University. I have been fortunate to see many achieve a Pain Free Life,Children,Professionals,my Oldest Client to achieve success was 84 years old,and in just 30 minutes,she was pain free,and avoided Major Surgery!

 I feel there is a method of healing for every personality and every body,in my endeavor to leave no one in pain,I searched again for a way to achieve my goal.

 In March of 2013 I became the First Neurokinetic Therapist (NKT) in the Alabama.

 The combination of these two is a 1, 2 punch for Pain, Quickly getting to the Root Cause of your pain.

 Rock Tape quickly came in to focus,as a performance,function,and healing tool,and fit into my vision,too keep pain at bay.

 In December of 2014,I moved my practice to a larger private office in Mountain Brook AL. Centrally located to my Clients,allowed me the flexibility I need,to Provide extra time for each session,a Variety of Times to schedule appointments,not the same fixed schedule, so you can not only,heal your body but relax your mind,not rushing to or from work or on a lunch break.

I started getting deep tissue massages from Jesse last year after having back pain for well over a year. I was waking up every day with pain and I knew I needed to do something. After 2 or 3 sessions, my back pain disappeared. I’m more active now than I’ve been in years and Jesse is the main reason for it. Highly recommended!
