I have taken various continuing education trainings beyond my completion of initial instruction in 2016 from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA.
Taking these continued trainings has allowed me to develop a range of modalities and knowledge to best improve your healing experience.
From Thai Massage, to Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), integrated energy healing and more.
Over the years I've found a true passion for Medical Massage and working with clients who experiene headaches/migraines, chronic pain, hypermobility, and stress. The benefits and effects of massage therapy never ceases to amaze me, and I look forward to sharing that incredible experience with you!
