Knowing my passions for movement, the human body, teaching, play, and community becoming a massage therapist and yoga intructor seemed like awesome and complimentary skills that would propel me into a position where I can really help people while also learning about and caring for myself. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2020 after graduating from The East West College of Healing Arts. My bodywork focuses on my clients' well being. My favorite modalities are Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Swedish.
