Molly grew up in the fast-paced, intense capital of our country. Learning about the human body and its relationship with the mind has always been of great interest to her. From an early age, she was very active, first with field hockey and track, and later with cross country, triathlons, lifting and yoga.  Her first job was at Fleet Feet, where she learned the biomechanics of the running gait and injuries related to improper movement patterns.

Later, while completing her B.S in Health Science at George Mason University, she instructed patients with appropriate rehabilitation exercises at Physiotherapy Associates. This led her to One to One Fitness in McLean, Virginia where she worked as a personal trainer focusing on postural assessment and developing exercise prescriptions for clients. During this time, she met an amazing personal trainer and massage therapist, Chris Brindley, who studied massage in Hawaii.  He showed her how massage was not a luxury, but a balance of art and science that helps others obtain optimal wellness.

Since completing her massage schooling at Southeastern Neuromuscular in 2007,  Molly has been both practicing massage and continuing her education.  She attended a class on Swe-Thai led by Marji Meschew, the founder of the practice. Swe-Thai combines elements of Eastern and Western massage philosophies, and uses a lot of rocking, rolling, and compression techniques along with manual stretching.  In September of 2008, she met nationally known continuing education instructor Gloria Coppola, who introduced her to Lomi Lomi, a sacred ancient Hawaiian healing art that involves a rhythmic, flowing movement and the usage of the forearms. After attending the five day Lomi Lomi intensive, Molly decided to take Gloria’s Thai Yoga (table version) class.  All of these elements have helped Molly create truly unique and integrative massages for her clients.

Molly has been studying essential oils for years after recognizing the therapeutic nature of these aromatic plant extracts (aromatherapy).  She incorporates them into her bodywork and also makes and sells essential oils blends that match the therapeutic needs of her clients.
