just feel muscle
I used to get massage and acupuncture, when I had a pain in my body. And then I really respect the massage therapist, so I thought I would like to become a massage therapist, I went to massage school and then I became an apprentice to learn Shiatsu and Sports massage at Total Body Care. I would like to try to release muscle tension or pain in a body for clients as much as possible. I recommend to get massage for maintenance or stress reduction before you feel pain or tight in your muscle.
