Laura Owen, LMT, grew up in outback Australia where there was endless room for running and anything else a kid wanted to try out. I eventually took off to New York City to become a professional  dancer, worked in biomedical research, went to nursing school, and finally landed here in Hawai'i. I reconnected with running, discovered outrigger paddling, and decided the time had come to find satisfying work that helps active people maintain healthy bodies and continue achieving whatever their hearts (and legs) desire.

My work is for those who care about the details, work hard and want to do even better, and want to learn more about getting and staying healthy. My practice uses evidence-based technique and a solid background in anatomy and kinesiology. I look forward to helping you meet your goals!
