Reiki Master Teacher

LC has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2010. She incorporates the quiet presence this practice has provided to her in all of her work. She delights in teaching Reiki and energy work to others, and offers CE's for Massage Therapists!

Thai Yoga Bodywork

LC completed levels 1 & 2 of training in Nuad Boran--Traditional Thai Massage--through Dionne's Om Yoga in Bemidji, Minnesota in 2010. She practiced Thai Yoga Bodywork in Minnesota until moving to Oregon in late 2011. Having received an Oregon Massage License, she now incorporates parts of this modality into her work when it is called for. Although it is an effective treatment on its own, she specializes in table work at this time. (If you're looking for a good Thai Massage, she can point you in the right direction, so give her a call either way!)

Yoga

Kundalini & Hatha Yoga Teacher

Since 2008, LC has taught Hatha yoga as an RYT-200, and she has taught Kundalini Yoga (ICKYT through KRI) since 2010. Her understanding and embodiment of yogic principles and practices are integrated into her life and work. She has a keen awareness of the body and energy systems and how they work together along with the emotions, so for those who are looking for a profound transformational experience into a lighter life, LC has many tools to share! Ask LC about private group or individual classes in your own (or a friend's) home!
