Jennifer focused on my areas of concern and relaxed and released a great deal of tension/knots etc in my back. I had this massage the evening before a swim race, and my back felt exceedingly good during the swim! And after!

Jen is fantastic-- she is professional and makes you feel comfortable and has a good gauge for applying pressure where you need it while keeping you in a relaxed state. I would highly recommend her!
