I enjoy helping people who need a little time away from it all.  Everyone has such a busy schedule these days with work, kids, family, projects around the house, etc.  Whether you like to admit it or not everyone has some sort of stress or ware and tear affecting their bodies.  Stress or ware and tear  can build up quickly and physically affect our bodies in a way that can make our free time less enjoyable, I believe I can help.

Having a sore neck from working on a computer all day, sore legs from being on your feet all day or a sore low back from lifting objects or sitting too long, I believe I can help.  I specialize in clinical, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, reflexology and sports massage.  I want to make sure your massage experience leaves you feeling truly cared for and relaxed  so you leave feeling refreshed and energized.
