She was able to find a lot of the trigger points and release the pressure and tension I was feeling. Communicated with me in effort to not apply to much pressure. Very in tune to how my body was talking to her and what she needed to do to accomplish the goal.

I liked the explanations of what muscles were being worked on and how those muscle groups related to some of the movements that i do in my crossfit training. Also liked that she gave advice on spots to work on and how to work on them myself.

I had an amazing experience for my first massage with Katherine. She was pleasant, high energy, and definitely worked out some problem spots in my shoulders. I am planning to schedule frequent visits with her at least twice a month.
