Using a uniquely relaxing but integrative therapeutic approach to massage, Karen is able to maximize results by individualizing each session to a client's needs. The modalities used in her practice could be any combination of the following:  Neuromuscular, Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage; Myofascial Release; Aromatherapy; Active Isolated Stretching; Cupping; and Trigger Point Therapy. Additionally, postural and range of motion assessments may be given.

Whether you are suffering from chronic neck, shoulder or back pain, preparing for or recovering from surgery, or just trying to find balance in your busy life, Karen's sincere desire is to help you feel better, move better and live better.  Her patient and compassionate attitude will encourage the healing and relaxation you need.

Karen focused on leg and back issues I have been experiencing since hip surgery some months ago. Her knowledgeable therapeutic massage was a positive complement to ongoing physical therapy and brought relief to my aching muscles.

I have had a shoulder issue for years, have had cortisone shots that gave me minimal relief. Karen listens to what your body tells her and she worked magic on my shoulder. Karen is the best. I have been going to her for 14 years. She is very knowledgeable on various types of massage. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. She creates a massage to fit what your body needs at the time.
