I am a talented deep tissue therapist that can work the tightness out of the muscles that need it the most. I am also certified in performing Bamboo Fusion massage to further aid the body in releasing the tension that it is holding in. If people are looking to just relax, I am able to do Swedish massage designed to reduce the stress in their life and to forget the worries of life for a bit. I have a love of learning new things, thus I have been taking classes to learning more about Craniosacral therapy. I am hoping that with a lot of practice, I will be able to become certified and will be able to offer that skill to people who need it. Another thing that I have been learning more about is the use of essential oils in massage. My goal is to be able to use the benefits of essential oils to enhance people's experience as well as their health.
When I am not helping people through massage, I love to spend as much time as I can outdoors whether that be going for hikes or out going camping. I also enjoy participating in 5k runs which has helped me to develop a more healthier lifestyle.

LOVED Sarah! She was a great conversationalist but also seemed to read the room as I relaxed into the massage. She seemed very knowledgeable and maintained professionalism through her well-given deep tissue massage.

Sarah has been my massage therapist for a couple of years now. I’ve tried many others that were just “fluff & buff” But Sarah customizes her massage to my specific needs each visit. She is respectful & has a great heart to help people with her gift. Highly recommend her!!!

Sarah was wonderful to work with. I needed a day to just relax and have peace and quiet. I usually see Christina, but Sarah was available on a day I could come in. I'm not sorry I booked with her. I was in so much pain and really needed someone to work out the kinks in my muscles. She was considerate of my needs, used amazing pressure, and did a wonderful job addressing all the areas I was experiencing pain. I left feeling relaxed and so much better!
I'll definitely come see her again. :)
